Saying Inaccurate Things on Purpose
Falska fakta och påhittade sanningar, det är några av mina favoritsaker här i världen.Sometimes I think it is funny to say things that are blatantly wrong on purpose in public. This can be a horrible habit cause people either think you are an idiot or just funny, but watching people react is hilarious. Here are a few examples
1. Today I got some coffee at work but only put like a shot of coffee in my cup and when someone asked why so little I said “It’s called an expresso..I’m pretty into expresso’s now..just a little bit of coffee.” and walked away.
2. I was in DC with my then girlfriend.. and ran up the washington monument steps. Saying “look hun these are the rocky steps..c’mon take a picture of me doing the rocky thing.” really loud as tour groups went by.
I suggest you start turning the world into ur own joke as well!
What’s even more fun is discussing things that sound like they could be true and seeing if anyone believes you. For instance, I once convinced someone that a house that was built in California in 1903 was part of the underground railroad because it had a servant’s entrance. It’s also funny to convince people that China/India has started growing corn (I have no idea if this is actually true.) because they are trying to emulate American Industry.
I once changed a Wikipedia page to reflect the completely made-up-fact that Koko the Gorilla had triplets which she named Snowball, Rocket, and Fuzzy. I told my bf at the time of this and he didn’t check the Wiki page for my IP address. I even put in a photo of the “triplet” gorillas.
The Wikipedia page stayed with my fake edit for over 24 hours.
